Jasmine Rice-Crockpot

Jasmine Rice

2 cups jasmine rice
2 + 1/3 cups water

cook for 2 hrs on low

Rice on top was crunchy, so maybe sprinkle with a little more water.
Crockpot may not be the best way to cook rice-was crunchy on top
