Baked Lemon Pudding
2 T. butter
1 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1/8 t. salt
3 T lemon juice & grated rind
3 eggs (separated)
1-1/2 c. milk
Cream butter, add sugar, flour. Then all other ingredients. Last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in buttered baking dish and back in moderate oven about 45 minutes.

12 eggs
6 cups milk
