Hummus
1/2 cup sesame seeds (blended in the blender) to make Tahini paste (use Blendtec or Vitamix)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 can garbanzo beans drained, and rinsed
salt
1 Tbsp. EVOO
parsley/ Cilantro
