Hot fudge topping

Hot Fudge topping

In a Double boiler:
Melt 1 cube of butter and 
9 T cocoa —stir
Add 3 cups of sugar very slowly 
Add 1 can evaporated milk very slowly 
1 or 2 tsp vanilla
