2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. whole milk
4 Tbsp. cold butter (frozen, grate butter)
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 heaping cup cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 t. dried parsley
1/2 t. garlic powder
pinch salt
Preheat oven @ 400 degrees
Combine Bisquick with butter (should still have butter chunks)
Add cheese, milk, garlic
Drop 1/4 c. portions on cookie sheet
Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in small bowl. Stir in garlic & parsley Brush over biscuits.
