1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Place all the ingredients in a crockpot
Then sear in fry pan
1-1/2 lb chicken thighs in a little EVOO
Shred chicken and stir into liquid (I just cubed chicken)
Cook on high 3-4 hours
Cook on low 6-7 hrs.
3/4 c white rice
1 orange
2 scallions
1 head of lettuce
