2-8oz cream cheese softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla extract
2 beaten eggs
Vanilla wafer cookies
Place the cookies in the bottom of cup cake papers in cup cake tins. Cream together all of the ingredients. Spoon 1 T of mixture onto the cookies.
Bake 350' for 12 minutes. (not really set up, (but need to be refrigerated)
Topping:
3/4 cup sour cream
3 T. sugar
1/4 t. almond extract (can try lemon juice)
Add 1 Tbsp of topping and bake another 5-8 minutes.
Refrigerate and let cool in the papers.
When cool-remove from papers and top with cherry pie filling.
