Squash Casserole
4 1/2 c. diced zucchini, cooked
4 1/2 c. diced yellow summer squash, cooked
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (baked and crumbled)
1 1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
saute together
3 chicken bouillon cubes
8oz. medium or sharp cheddar cheese
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. ground thyme
1 T. chopped parsley
Add hamburger
Bake in a 9 X 13" pan at 350
