Zucchini Brownies
2 c. zucchini j (Frz. zucchini-thawed-then squeeze out water)
2 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1-1/2 t. soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
3 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
Add milk to thin
1 t. vanilla
Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350' for 20-25 minutes. taking 35 minutes to cook
