2 egg whites (set aside)
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, set aside in a bowl.
2 egg yokes
1-1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1-3/4 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
Beat egg yokes until thick and lemon colored adding milk and vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients.
Fold in beaten egg whites
Pour 1 cup of batter onto hot griddle.
Makes 3 to 4 sections of waffles
