Lemon Jello Cake
1-lemon cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. flour
1 c. water
1 pkg lemon jello (3oz)
1 t. lemon extract
Mix all together. Beat 4 minutes. Bake at 350' for 25-35 minutes. Remove cake from oven and while still hot, prick cake with fork and pour following mixture over the top;
1-1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
grated lemon rind
juice of one lemon
Serve warm
