Grand Gingerbread Cookies

Grand Gingerbread Cookies



Cream together shortening, sugar and egg really good so no sugar granules left
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg

1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
3/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
1/2 t. ginger

Roll cookie dough into balls in sugar (about the size of a walnut shell)

Bake 375 degrees for 7-10minutes

Makes 7 dozen
