Sour Cream Pound Cake

Sour Cream Pound Cake


1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. soda
8 oz sour cream
1 t. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter, sugar, and add eggs one at a time.  Beat after each egg.  Stir  in salt & soda Add sour cream, flour, vanilla, lemon extract.  Beat well.  Grease & flour bundt pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours cake will pull away from sides when done.  Cool on wire rake for 10 minutes.  Turn onto tin foil and wrap while warm.
