Chicken Salad
Cook Chicken on stove pot with:
3 lbs chicken
2 bay leaves
1-2 garlic cloves
salt & pepper
Add to cut up chicken:
3 c. celery
1-1/2 c. grapes-red cut in half
1 T lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonaise
1/2 to 1 t. salt
Add: seasoning salt, garlic salt to taste
put about a scoop size of a walnut ball in pita bread pocket
Serves/ Feeds 75
