Cream together:
3/4 c. canola oil (use neutral vegetable oil for this-canola, soybean, or vegetable oil)*
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2-3 large ripe bananas
Sift together:
2 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 t. soda
optional: 1/4-1/2 c. nuts*
Beat in 2 eggs and add 2 to 3 ripe bananas. Add flour mixture and turn over. Add 1/4-1/2 cups nuts. Put in greased baking pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35minutes.
