Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie







29oz solid pumpkin (Libby's)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
1/2 t. cloves
2-(13oz) evaporated milk

Makes 2 (9" pies) unbaked pie shells
or 3 little pies

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
Then turn down the oven to 350 for 55-60 minutes
