2-bunches of broccoli (2lbs) (8 cups broccoli crowns)
10 slices of bacon ( cut & cooked)
small red onion-thinly sliced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 to c. sugar
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. salt or pepper
Combine all and pour dressing over the top
Let sit for 2 hours
Stir
Toss in sunflower seeds right before serving so they don't go soggy.

* can substitue 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, raisins, sesame seeds or use cauliflower instead of broccoli
*another dressing uses 1/2. c mayo and 1/2 c. miracle whip
