Chicken Oriental Salad
1/2 head of cabbage-shred (4 cups)
2 green onions
2 chicken breasts, cooked & diced 2 cups
2 T slivered almonds (toast if desired)
1 pkg Top Ramen noodles, crushed, uncooked
2 T toasted sesame seeds (toast for 2-3 minutes 250')
Dressing:
1 T sugar
1/2 c.vegetable oil
1 t. salt
1/4 t pepper
3 T vinegar
Combine & chill for 2-24 hours before serving
Salad greens
Tomato wedges
Optional: 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
