Summer Salad
1 pkg romaine lettuce
1 med. pkg mixed lettuce
1 pkg. American mix (iceburg/carrots)
1 fugi apple diced
3/4 c. craisens
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. roasted almonds (300' for 10 minutes)
6 chicken breast
Marinate chicken in Kikomen Roasted Garlic grill & season with lemon pepper and garlic. Cut into strips
Dressing:
3/4 c. sugar (can reduce)
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
Put in blender and slowly add 1 cup vegetable oil
Toss salad with dressing.
Serves 10 or more
